摘要
用五种不同的方法(无水乙醇提取-升华法,67%乙醇提取-升华法,水提取-升华法,乙醇抽提结晶法,二氯甲烷提取法)从茶叶中提取了咖啡因,比较和分析了每种方法的优缺点。实验结果表明,从时间、试剂、产量和环保等因素综合考虑,用无水乙醇提取-升华法提取咖啡因是较理想的实验方法。
Five methods including absolute ethanol extraction-sublimation,67% ethanol extraction-sublimation,water extraction-sublimation,ethanol extraction-crystalization,organic solvent extraction were performed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method was compared and analyzed.Experimental results showed that as far as time,reagent,yield and environmental protection are concerned,extraction of caffeine by absolute ethanol extraction-sublimation is the preferred experimental method.
