摘要
通过比较从茶叶中提取咖啡因的实验方法(浸提-升华法,微波提取-升华法,索氏提取-升华法和超声波提取-升华法)、提取溶剂(无水乙醇、乙醇水溶液、水、碳酸钙水溶液和有机溶剂)、茶叶和提取液的质量体积比、提取时间和茶叶种类总结了该实验的研究进展。广西龙州产的绿茶,采用索氏提取-升华并加入碳酸钠的提取方法,得到的咖啡因产率最大,为3.6%。咖啡因产率最低的是对碧螺春采用超声-升华法,咖啡因产率仅为0.28%。
Research progress were concluded by the comparison of experimental method( immersing extraction-sublimation,microwave extraction- sublimation,soxhlet extraction- sublimation and ultrasonic extraction- sublimation),extraction solvent( absolute ethyl alcohol,ethanol-aqueous solution,pure water,calcium carbonate aqueous solution and organic solvent),the ratio of tea and extracting solution,extraction time and the types of tea. The caffeine in the green tea from Longzhou,Guangxi was extracted by soxhlet- sublimation and adding sodium carbonate method. The yield of caffeine reached the highest,3. 6%. The productivity of the caffeine in biluochun tea was the lowest by ultrasonic-sublimation method,and the yield of caffeine was only 0. 28%.
