摘要
背景围术期血栓栓塞一旦发生，临床危害极大。尤其是深静脉血栓栓塞性疾病，由于早期临床表现的隐匿性及不典型性，使得早期诊断非常困难，相当部分的患者起病即危及生命。目的重视对血栓栓塞高危人群的识别和预防，提高早期确诊率并在第一时间进行有效的治疗。内容对围术期血栓栓塞的风险评估、预防和治疗3个方面进行综合性的阐述。趋向从新的角度加强对此类疾病的认识，在临床上用先进的诊断手段、新的治疗方法对血栓栓塞进行防治。
Background It is critical and lethal when the thromboembolic events occurred during perioperation especially for patients with deep venous thromboembolism. It is difficult to diagnose at early period, because of the clinical manifestation is occult and atypical. Objective To identify patients at high risk of thromboembolism and to early diagnosis and effective treatment the thromboembolism during perioperation. Content Overview the risk assessment, prevention and treatment of thromboembolism during perioperative. Trend To enhance the understanding of thromboembolism during perioperation from a new perspective, and to use advanced diagnostic tools, new treatments for prevention.
