摘要
本文总结１８例青年人胃癌，分析认为青年人胃癌虽然发病率低，但恶性程度高，转移早，早期确诊率低，故提高青年人胃癌早期诊断率是治疗的关键，胃镜检查对早期诊断价值最大。
cases of gastric carcinoma in the youth were analysed. The results show that the morbilty of gastric carcinoma in the youth is lower, but it is highly malignant and with earlier matastases.Therefore,it is important to diagnose early gastric carcinoma in the youth for treatment.For this purpose,the gastroscopy is the best way.
