摘要
介绍了白酒陈酿老熟的原理,总结了现用白酒贮存容器各自的优缺点。结合国内白酒贮存容器的使用和研究现状,普瑞特公司发明了新型集束式陶管不锈钢罐,不仅降低贮存成本,还可大大改善贮酒质量。集束式陶管不锈钢罐具有陶罐和不锈钢罐的双重优点,应用前景非常广阔。
In this paper, the principles of liquor aging were introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of liquor-storing vessels used at pre- sent were summed up. Based on the application of and the research on liquor-storing vessels at home, Prettech Company had invented new-type stainless steel tank with integrated clay pipes which could not only reduce liquor storage cost but also improve liquor quality greatly.The new-type stainless steel tank had the advantages of both ceramic pots and stainless steel tanks, and it had promising application foreground.
