摘要
人工催陈的本质是应用物理或化学的方法,加速白酒的老熟。综述了近年来白酒人工催陈的方法,以期为白酒生产厂家提供参考。
The nature of liquor artificial aging means the use of physical or chemical methods to accelerate liquor aging. In this paper, the artificial liquor aging methods in recent years were reviewed to provide useful reference for liquor-making enterprises.
