摘要
【摘要】目的为研究寒冷地区冻伤机制及治疗方法,建立16只SD大鼠的冻伤模型。方法通过手动制压泵将液氮匀速泵出喷射于SD大鼠背部皮肤(A、B、C、D区),致伤时间分别为0、3、5、8s。致冻次日应用激光多普勒探测灌注量行统计学分析,随机将8只SD大鼠处死后行皮肤发生轻度冻伤病理改变,5S可使大鼠皮肤发生中皮肤组织HE染色。于致冻后3d,1周,2周对另8只大鼠32个创面进行大体观察。结果致冻时间3s可使大鼠度冻伤病理改变;8S可造成重度损伤,且创面灌注量随着致冻时问延长而降低。结论致冻8s作为标准建立动物模型,为进一步研究奠定了基础。
Abstract: Objective To establishment of frostbite models of SD rat for researching the mechanism of frostbite and its treatment. Methods Liquid nitrogen was pumped out uniformly through a manual braking pressure pump to the back of rats, the vulnerate time was 0, 3, 5, 8 seconds respectively. The priming volume was detected by laser Doppler and then the data was performed the statistics analysis. The 8 SD rates were sac- rificed randomly and the frostbite tissues were harvested and detected by HE staining. Gross observation on 32 wounds of the other 8 SD rats was performed at 3 days, 1 week and 2 weeks after frostbite. Results The pathological changes of frostbite were slight, moderate and severe at 3,5 and 8 seconds respectively. The prim- ing volume of wound decreased following lengthening of the vulnerate time. Conclusion The 8 seconds frost- bite could be used as a standard to establish animal models.
