摘要
针对实际工作中限压型SPD(电涌保护器)能量配合失效导致被保护设备经常损坏的问题。根据铁氧磁体材料μr(相对磁导率)的变化特点,通过大量的实验数据分析得出,线绕磁环的电感量为8μH时,当冲击电流大于5 kA即出现磁饱和现象,使能量配合失效;线绕磁环的电感量为40μH时与5 m导线退耦效果基本相同,继续增大电感值对两级分流比和残压影响不大。
In practical work,the failure of energy cooperation between two voltage-limiting voltage SPDs always leads to the damage of the protected equipment.According to the changed character of iron-oxygen magnetic material μr(relative magnetic conductance),and through a lots of experimental data analysis it is show that,when the inductance of the line around magnet ring is 8 μH and the impulse current is above 5 kA,the magnetic saturation phenomenon is appeared so that make the energy cooperation failed.The decoupling effects are contiguous between the 40 μH inductance of the line around magnet ring and the 5m wire.To it little influences for the ratio of shunted current and residual voltage to continue increasing the inductance value.
