摘要 本文通过探讨氧化锌非线性电阻承受大电流冲击前后其介电频谱的改变,来研究它的冲击老化机理。实验发现,氧化锌非线性电阻的介电频谱遵循Jonscher提出的介电行为普适规律。梯度因子m宏观上可以用来衡量氧化锌非线性电阻冲击老化的程度,微观上可以反映材料内部微观状态的变化情况。本文从微观上分析了氧化锌非线性电阻冲击老化的机理与材料介电响应的关系。 The pulse-degradations of non-ohmic ZnO ceramics, are studied by analysing the changes of their loss spectra pre-and-post pulsing. The experiments show that the dielectric loss spectra obey the universal law propsed by Jonscher. The gradient factor m can be used for the ZnO ceramics as both a measure of mar-coscopical degradtion and a reflection microscopical changes. The paper reveals the relationship between the pulse-degradation mechanism and dieletric response of the non-ohmic ZnO ceramics.
