摘要
分析了由气体放电管、电阻、暂态抑制二极管组成的BNC型信号电涌保护器的保护电路,对该保护电路进行了传输特性测试和标称放电电流的冲击实验。结果表明,放电管与暂态抑制二极管在去耦电阻阻值为2.2Ω情况下配合,保护电路在规定的通频带下不仅传输特性较好,而且冲击后的残压也较低。
The type of BNC signaling surge protection circuit, consisting of gaseous discharge tube, resistante, transient diode was analyzed. Results of the transfer characteristics test and the impulse test with nominal discharging current show that when R is 2.2 Ω, not only the protection circuit has good transfer characteristics under specified passband, but also its residual voltage is lower.
