摘要 为提高箝位电压和峰值脉冲电流测量的准确度,利用冲击电流发生器测试3种系列不同类型瞬态电压抑制器的雷电流通流能力、箝位电压特性和伏安特性,分析了它们与额定电压、脉冲峰值功耗及极性的关系。结果表明,TVS额定电压越高,雷电流通流能力越小,同样额定电压的TVS管,脉冲峰值功耗增大后通流能力并未增大,TVS管只适宜作为次级限压性防护元件。随着额定电压的升高,箝位电压逐渐增大,临界箝位系数趋于减小,低额定电压时箝位电压分散性大,高额定电压时箝位电压分散性小,选用和考虑TVS绝缘配合时应予注意。 Lightning current withstand and voltage limiting characteristics under three kinds of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) are tested with 8/20 μs impulse current generator, and the relation between related voltage and impulse peak power is analyzed. The results show that, the higher the rated voltage of TVS is, the lower the lightning current withstand capacity, and the lower the dispensability of the limiting voltage among tubes. As to the TVS with the same rated voltage, after the impulse peak power increases, the lightning current withstand capacity does no increase, Therefore, it is not proper to consider that the TVS with biggish impulse peak power has biggish lightning withstand capacity. When the related voltage reaches 300 V and above, the lightning current withstand capacity of TVS is only several dozen ampere; and when the related voltage is 12 V and below, the lightning current withstand capacity can reach 500~700 A. Therefore, the TVS is generally suitable for the secondary limiting voltage protection component, not the primary leaking current protection component. With the increase of the rated voltage, the limiting voltage increases gradually, and both the compatibility and the linear behavior of TVS tubes with the rated voltage of 18V and below are preferable; while the differences of V-A characteristic curve of tubes with the rated voltage above 18V are biggish. Therefore, screening and checking should be paid enough when selecting TVS. With the increase of the rated voltage, the critical limiting coefficient tends to decrease, and not in a fixed range. As to the three types of TVS, the critical limiting coefficient is smaller than 1.7 only if the rated voltage is above 30V and the limiting coefficient is above 2. 8 as to the rated voltage of 12V and below. The dispensability of limiting voltage is biggish when low voltage, but lesser when high voltage, which should be paid enough attention when considering the insulation coordination of TVS.
