低箝位电压ZVS双开关反激式变换器设计

Design of Two-Switch Flyback ZVS Converter with Low Clamp Voltage

摘要 针对传统反激式变换器开关管电压应力过高问题,提出一种低箝位电压双开关反激式变换器设计方案。设计的箝位电路可使漏电感能量被完全循环利用,且所有开关管都工作在零电压开关(ZVS)方式。其电压应力均小于输入电压,从而获得高效率、宽输入电压范围,并能在高输入电压的场合应用。 In order to solve the highly voltage stress of switch in traditional flyback converter, a two-switch flyback converter method is proposed with low clamp voltage. By adapting the proposed circuit, the inductance energy of the leakage can be completely recycled, with all the switches working at the zero voltage switching (ZVS), in which the voltage stress is less than the input voltage. In this way, the proposed cir- cuit achieved high efficiency, wide input voltage range and can be applied in the fields of high input voltage.
