钢丝绳葫芦电机端盖密封性能的非线性接触分析

摘要 建立钢丝绳葫芦的电机端盖-密封垫-葫芦箱体密封系统的有限元模型,采用非线性接触分析方法,分析钢丝绳葫芦在正常运行和制动工况下的密封性能,研究螺栓预紧力以及垂向载荷对密封系统密封性能的影响。结果表明,在起重机正常运行和制动工况下,密封垫接触状况良好,未出现内外边界相连的间隙,具有较好的密封性能;通过计算发现,随着垂向载荷力的增加,密封垫间隙和相对错动值不断增大,在螺纹极限预紧力内随着螺纹预紧力的增加,密封垫间隙和相对错动值不断减小,密封性能得到提高。 The finite element model of the sealing system between motor flange, sealing pad and hoist based on the nonlinear contact analysis method, the sealing performances were researched during normal ses, and the effects of connect bolts' pre-tightening force and motor' s vertical load were analyzed. The the sealing pad has good contact status under normal run and brake cases, no gap is found on housing was built run and brake caresults show that the sealing pad, the structure shows a good sealing performance. Calculation shows that with the increase of the vertical load, the clearance of the seal washer and the relative slipping value are increased, and within the ultimate pre-tightening force of the thread ,the clear- ance of the seal washer and the relative slipping value are decreased with the increase of the pre-tightening force, thus the sealing performance is improved
