摘要
利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS对安全壳通风隔离阀的密封垫片进行建模和非线性接触分析,比较了不同倒角密封垫片的Von Mises应力和接触压力的大小,有限元分析涉及材料非线性及边界条件非线性。分析结果表明,密封垫片的倒角对垫片上应力和接触面上接触压力的大小都有影响,应当在设计时选择合适的密封垫片倒角。结论对该类蝶阀密封垫片的设计提供了强有力的理论依据。
ABAQUS is utilized to establish the finite element model of the sealing gasket of containment shell's ventilation isolation valve and a nonlinear contact analysis is made. Von Mises stress is compared with contract stress of different sizes of chamfer. The finite element analysis includes the material nonlinear and boundary condition nonlinear analyses. The results indicate that the size of chamfer of sealing gasket has influence on the touch with the stress on the sealing gasket and the contact stress of the contact surfaces. The conclusion of this paper provides the powerful rationale of the design on this kind of valves.
