摘要
目的建立妇炎康片(丹参、赤芍等)中丹酚酸B、隐丹参酮和芍药苷的定量测定方法。方法妇炎康片甲醇提取物采用RP-HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为ODS C18,流动相为乙腈-0.03 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液,体积流量为1 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为30℃。结果丹酚酸B、芍药苷及隐丹参酮的线性范围分别为0.502 0~2.510 0μg,0.471 0~2.350μg,0.040 0~2.200μg;平均加样回收率分别为97.66%、98.33%、98.96%;RSD分别为0.53%、0.34%、0.96%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于妇炎康片中丹酚酸B、芍药苷及隐丹参酮的定量测定。
AIM To establish a method for determining salvianolic acid B, cryptotanshinone and paeoniflorin in Fuyankang Tablets (Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix rubra, etc. ). METHODS The chromatographic separation of methanolic extract of Fuyankang Tablets was performed on ODS Cls (250 mm ×4.6 mm) with an eluent consisted of acetonitrile-0.03 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution in gradient elution mode. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detecting wavelength was set at 230 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear ranges of salvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin and cryptotanshinone were at 0. 502 0- 2. 510 0 tLg, 0. 471 0-2. 350 jxg and 0. 040 0-2. 200 txg, respectively, which showed a good linear relationship. The average recoveries were 97.66% , 98.33% and 98.96% (RSDs of 0. 53% , 0.34% and 0. 96% ), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible for the determination of salvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin and cryptotanshinone in Fuyankang Tablets.
