摘要
目的优选丹参水溶性有效成分最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以丹酚酸B、丹参素、原儿茶醛的含量为指标优选最佳提取工艺。结果丹参水溶性成分最佳提取工艺为A2B(3,2)C3,即加11倍量水提取2次,第1次2h,第2次1.5h。结论采用此方法省时、省工、节能,适合于大生产。
ObJective To study on the best extraction method of the water-soluble active principles of Salvia Miltiorrhiza matrine. Methods The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the content of Salvianolic Acid B, Danshensu and Protocatchuci aldehyde determined by RP-HPLC as index. Results A2B(3,2)C3 is the best extraction condition of aqueous part from Salvia Miltiorrhiza. That is to say, adding eleven-times water, heating two times, the first time last two hours and the second time last one and a half hours. Conclusion The extraction method for Salvia Miltiorrhiza can save time, working and energy and be suitable for the morden production.
