摘要
知识型人才绩效是组织绩效实现的基础。文章透过组织承诺理论分析知识型人才绩效影响因素,包括以工作动机和工作能力为主的个人因素与以组织支持和组织氛围为主的组织因素。研究发现组织承诺的不同维度之间交互作用影响知识型人才绩效,构建了基于组织承诺的知识型人才绩效模型,提出通过实施激励措施激发工作动机、提供学习和培训机会提高工作能力、充分授权以提供组织支持以及创建合作和共享的组织氛围等途径提高知识型人才绩效。
The performance of talented personality is the foundation of organizational performance.Discussed the factors affect ing the performance of talented personality based on the organizational commitment which contain personal factors such as work motivation and productive capacity and organizational factors such as organizational support and organizational climate,the study finds that there is interaction between the different dimensions of organizational commitment exerting influence on the per formance of talented personality.The paper builds a model for the performance of talented personality based on the organization al commitment,and puts forward to promote the performance of talented personality through implementing incentive measure ments to inspire work motivation,offering learning and training opportunities to improve productive capacity,authorizing fully to offer organizational support and founding cooperative and shared organizational climate.
