对于一种文化事象,从不同的视角可以窥见其不同的文化特征。从文化承传的角度考察中国传统饮食文化的主要特征,对于探索中国传统饮食文化的承传与创新,具有一定的启示。
For a cultural event,different perspectives can see the different cultural characteristics.The main features of the Chinese traditional diet culture were investigated from the perspective of cultural heritage,it had the certain enlightenment for exploring the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese food culture.
