摘要
目的了解福建医科大学口腔医学院"三段式导师制"人才培养模式的实施效果,并进行分析、研究,以期建立更加完善的本科生"导师制"培养制度。方法自行设计调查表,对口腔医学院2008级、2009级、2010级和2011级本科生共364名学生进行了问卷调查。结果 "三段式导师制"的实施获得了大部分学生的支持与肯定,达到预期目标。结论 "三段式导师制"是我国现有教育体制的改革的有益方向之一,具体细节仍需进一步不断完善。
Objective To understand and analyse the implementation effect of three-stage tutorial system for stomatological personnel training mode in Stomatology College of Fujian Medical University so as to provide bases for making perfect undergraduate tutorial sys- tem. Methods Design the questionnaire, and totally 364 students from 2008 to 2011 grade in Stomatology College of Fujian Medical University accepted the survey. Results The three-stage tutorial system received support and affirmation from the majority of the students. It reached expectant aims. Conclusions Three-stage tutorial system is a benifitial direction in the reform of educational sys- tem. However it's still necessary to improve specific details.
