摘要
当今社会沟通已是我们这个时代的主题,沟通能力已成为21世纪人才竞争的重要因素之一。大学生的诸多心理问题,归根结蒂起因于沟通障碍。要解决心理问题,让他们的人生有良好的发展,亟待加强对大学生沟通能力的培养。
