摘要
研究显示,神经损伤可激活内源性神经干细胞(NSC)增殖、分化和迁移。内源性NSC的原位激活受其微环境中各种信号分子的调控。Wnt、Notch和bHLH信号途径对NSC的激活有着重要的作用。促有丝分裂因子、神经营养素可促进NSC的增殖、分化,中药、针灸亦有一定的促进作用。本文对神经干细胞的生物学特性及微环境的影响加以阐述。
Studies have shown that,the endogenous neural stem cells may proliferate,migrate,and differentiate into neu rons and astrocyte when injury occurs.The activation endogenous neural stem cells in situ can be controlled by gene signal regulation,improved by cytokines growth factors and neurotrophic factors,and the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can perform further function.In this review we focus on the speciality endogenous neural stem cells and the effection of the microenvironment.
