摘要 目的 探讨脑缺血后神经干细胞(NSC)的增值分化。方法 检索国内外相关文献资料,并进行综合分析。结果 脑缺血可激活海马齿状回和脑室下区等脑区NSC的增殖迁移分化,从而一定程度上发挥损伤后的自我修复作用。兴奋性氨基酸、神经营养因子、微环境等参与调控NSC的增殖分化。结论 给予外源性营养因子或提前给予一种能引起NSC增殖的刺激,进一步增强脑缺血后内源性NSC的活化,通过增加NSC的数量达到治疗脑缺血等神经系统疾病的目的。 Objective To probe the effects of cerebral ischemia on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells(NSC).Methods The progress of recent researches on NSC and cerebral ischemia in home and abroad were summarized and analysed by documentation.Results The cerebral ischemia may augment the proliferation and differentiation of NSC in the subventricular zone and subgranular zone of hippocampus and,might improve neural self-repair after ischemic insults. Several factors including excitatory amino acids,neurotrophic factors and microenvironment involved this process.Conclusion Augmenting the proliferation and differentiation of NSC might be one of strategies of treating cerebral vascular diseases and other nervous diseases.
