摘要
以高校辅导员职业角色与职业特性为切入点,探讨高校辅导员职业成长路径。高校辅导员职业成长路径可分为四个阶段:适应阶段,建立职业认知与职业生涯规划;成熟阶段,丰富职业知识、提升职业技能;突破阶段:敢于创新,形成独特的职业作风;稳定阶段,以职业为乐,以职业为荣。
The paper takes the professional roles and occupational characteristics of college counselors as a starting point to explore the university counselors＇ career growth path, which can be divided into four stages- the adaptation stage, the establishment of career awareness and career planning; the maturity stage, the enrichment of professional knowledge and the improvement of occupational skills;the breakthrough stage, innovation and formation of a unique professional style; and the stability stage, job stutisfaction and career pround.
