摘要
在推行高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设背景下,辅导员的职业性质、群体数量和职业倦怠的危害性决定了高校必须尽快解决辅导员职业倦怠现象。从马斯洛需求层次理论的五个需求层面分析辅导员产生职业倦怠的原因,对标党的十九大报告中"提升人民获得感、幸福感、安全感"的要求,探究高校辅导员克服职业倦怠的路径。
Under the background of promoting the professionalization and specialization of college counselors, due to the nature of the occupation, the number of groups, and the danger of job burnout, colleges and universities must quickly resolve the job burnout of counselors. from the five levels of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, the paper tries to analyze the reasons that cause the job burnout of the counselors and explore the requirements of "raising the people's sense of well-being, happiness, and security"in the report of the 19 th National Party Congress.
