采用涡旋式膨胀机的有机朗肯循环系统试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过搭建采用涡旋式膨胀机的小型有机朗肯循环(ORC)系统,并使用R134a、R245fa、R22和R32 4种不同循环工质,测试了ORC系统的整体性能以及涡旋式膨胀机特性。试验采用的热源温度为70~110℃,冷源温度为28.5±1℃。试验结果中,系统最高运行效率为6.75%,涡旋式膨胀机进出口的压差相对稳定,为261.2~608.8 kPa,绝热效率为79.30%~99.19%,而工质实际流量仅为理论流量的23.5%~50.6%。 The experimental study of a small-sized organic rankine cycle(ORC) system using scroll expander as the expanding mechanism were presented,under the condition of the heat source temperature of 70~110 ℃ and heat sink temperature of 28.5±1℃.The organic working fluid of this ORC system were R134a,R245fa,R22 and R32.The result show:the highest efficiency of this ORC system was 6.75%;the pressure difference between inlet and outlet of scroll expander was 261.2~608.8 kPa,and kept relatively steady under different working conditions;adiabatic efficiency of scroll expander was 79.30%~99.19%;the actual flow rate of working fluid was 23.5%~50.6% of the theoretical flow rate.
