双环回转式活塞膨胀机的结构设计

摘要 在利用工业余热或中低温地热能进行发电的有机朗肯循环系统中,膨胀机作为系统的核心,承担着能量转换的作用。本文基于双环回转式活塞压缩机的结构,设计出一款新型的膨胀机。基于膨胀机的工作特性与应用场合,设计出两种进气结构,给出了密封与润滑方案,进行了容积效率的计算。该膨胀机结构简单,易损件少,制造方便,可得到更多的应用。 In organic rankine cycle(ORC) system using industrial waste heat or medium-low-temperature geothermal energy for power generation, as the core of the system, expander plays the role of energy conversion. Based on the structure of a double-ring rotary piston compressor, a new type of expander is designed. According to the working characteristics and application situations of the expander, two types of intake devices are designed. The sealing and lubrication schemes are also given and the volumetric efficiency is calculated. The expander has the advantages of simple structure, few wearing parts and easy manufacture, so it can be applied better.
