摘要
长QT间期综合征(Long QT Syndrome,LQTS)分为先天性与获得性。先天性LQTS是由基因缺陷引起,获得性LQTS是主要由药物、心脏疾病或者代谢异常等因素引起。本文简述LQTS研究近况。
Long-QT Syndrome is divided into congenital LQTS and acquired LQTS.Con-genital LQTS is caused by the genetic defect,while acquired LQTS mainly arises from such factors as drugs,heart disease,metabolic abnormalities,etc.In this paper,we will review the recent research as regards to LQTS.
