摘要
以长辣七号辣椒为材料,以MS为基础培养基,探讨不同外植体、不同激素组合、不同生长日龄子叶、不同培养方式对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导的最适外植体类型为真叶和子叶;最适的愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L;初展期子叶或日龄为10 d的子叶,愈伤组织诱导效果最好,诱导率高达100%;在半固体培养方式下的愈伤组织诱导率最高。
Using Changla 7 pepper as materials and MS as basic media,the effect of the different explants ,different hormone combinations, cotyledons with different days of age and different culturing methods on callus induction were studied. The results showed that the suitable explants for callus induction were euphyllas and cotyledons ;the optimal induction medium was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L.Callus from cotyledons in early- deployment stages or with 10 clays of age grew well and its induction rate was 100%. The callus induction rate was the highest in semisolid culture modes.
