摘要
以辣椒子叶、真叶、下胚轴为外植体材料进行离体培养，结果发现，以子叶为培养材料最理想。在MS附加不同激素配比的培养基上，对不定芽分化、伸长及伸长不定芽生根诱导研究的结果表明，最适合芽分化的培养基为MS＋6-BA5．0mg／L＋IAA0．5mg／L，芽伸长最优组合为MS＋ZT2．0mg／L＋GA2．0mg／L；不定芽伸长后在1／2MS＋NAA0．1～0．3mg／L培养基上生根效果最好。
Abstract： Callus induction and plant regeneration of pepper were studied in this paper. Compared with leaf and rooted hy-pocoty , cotyledon were much easier to induce shoot. The explants were cultured in MS media composing of different concentration of different plant hormones to be induced optimum shoot , extented shoot and induced root. The resuhs showed that the most suitable culture mdium for bud differentiation was MS＋6 - BA 5.0 mg/L＋IAA 0.5 mg/L, for shoot extention was MS ＋ ZT 2.0 mg/L ＋ GA 2.0 mg/L, and for shoot growth was 1/2 MS ＋ NAA 0.1-0.3 mg/L.
