摘要
本文对法律人类学的研究历史及现状进行了粗略分析与梳理,认为注重田野调查、进一步挖掘少数民族法律文化资源,注重法律文化"一体"与"多元"并重是今后法律人类学关注的重点。
Through the brief analysis and classification of the research history and the current situation about legal anthropology, the paper believes that emphasizing the field work, taking some further explorations on legal culture of ethnic minorities and paying equal attention to ＂whole＂ and ＂diversity＂ are important points on which legal anthropology should focus in future.
