摘要
法律人类学发展的逻辑规律直接以文化理论的运动为内在驱动力,文化理论建构的方向引导着法律人类学所关注重点的变化;同时,法律人类学由进化论的文化视角,经功能主义文化观再转向文化的法律多元,最终尝试性地提出了中国法律文化建构的理论。
The movement of cultural theory is directly and intrinsically driving force for the development of legal anthropology,it leads to the change of focus in legal anthropology;at the same time,legal anthropology through cultural perspective varies functionalism theory from cultural legal pluralism,and finally attempts to put forward the theory of construction Chinese legal culture.
