摘要
目的了解部队医院护士心理健康水平及相关因素,为有针对性地实施心理健康干预提供有价值的依据。方法采用一般资料问卷和症状自评量表对某三级甲等部队医院628名护理人员进行心理健康状况评估,并分析其影响因素。结果调查护士心理状况阳性检出率为39.97%,与全国护士常模相比,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子得分较低,恐怖因子得分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护士身份、躯体有疾病、睡眠异常、偶尔运动、生活满意度是心理健康水平低的关键危险因素。结论应根据部队医院护士心理健康水平影响因素有针对性地采取措施,有望提高部队护士心理健康水平。
Objective To investigate the mental health status and its related factors among nurses in military hospital, so as to provide valuable basis for implementation of mental health interventions. Methods The Symptom Checklist - 90 （ SCL - 90） and the general situation questionnaire were used to investi- gate 628 nurses in a military hospital ,then related factors were analyzed. Results The positive rate of nurses＇psychological status was 39.97%. Compared to the nurses＇norm, the scores of somatization, depression, anxiety were lower, and the score of fear factor was higher, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The career identity, suffering from somaloform disorder, poor sleep, exercise less, poor life satisfaction were the key risk factors of low mental health level. Conclusion The targeted measures should be taken to improve the level of mental health of nurses in military hospital according to its related factors.
