山东省高中生心理健康影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the influencing factors of mental health among high school students in Shandong Province

摘要 目的研究近年来高中生的心理健康变化情况,探索不同层次的影响因素,为此提供改善建议。方法本文原始数据来源于青少年健康数据主题库,通过软件Citrix Workspace进行远程数据分析,其中影响因素筛选单因素分析采用t检验及方差分析,多因素分析采用逐步线性回归;影响因素层次分析采用AISM模型。结果山东省16地市9398名在校高中生心理健康总均分为(1.53±0.60)分,阳性检出率为27.20%,各阳性因子检出率前3为强迫症状、人际关系敏感和抑郁(33.80%、27.10%、22.30%);早餐、奖学金、睡眠时长、学校适应能力为表层因素,期望学历、校园霸凌为根源性因素。结论近年来,心理健康阳性检出率比往年更高;过高的期望会对心理产生反作用;校园霸凌问题依旧突出。 Objective To understand the changes of mental health andits influencing factors among high school students in Shandong Province,and to provide suggestions for improvement.Methods The raw data of this paper were obtained from the Youth Health Data Subject Bank.Remote data analysis was carried out through Citrix Workspace.ttest,variance analysisand stepwise linear regressionwere used for influencing factorsanalysis.Hierarchy analysis was performed by using AISM model.Results The total average score of mental health in 9398 high school students from 16 cities in Shandong Province was(1.53±0.60),and the positive detection rate was 27.20%.The top three positive factors were compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity and depression(33.80%,27.10%,22.30%).Breakfast,scholarship,sleep duration and school adaptability were surface factors,and expected education level and school bullying were root factors.Conclusion The positive detection rate of mental health was higher than before.Too high expectations were psychologically counterproductive,and school bullying remained prominent.
