摘要
以煤焦油为原料,焦化洗油为溶剂,采用溶剂-离心法脱除煤焦油中的喹啉不溶物(QI),考察了溶剂用量、溶解温度、离心转速、离心时间等因素对精制煤焦油QI含量和收率的影响。结果表明:随洗油用量的增加,QI的脱除率显著提高,净化焦油收率降低;随溶解温度的升高,净化焦油QI含量和收率都下降;随离心机转速的增加,QI脱除率上升,焦油收率降低;离心分离时间越长,净化焦油QI含量和收率都越低;在洗油用量为焦油质量的30%,溶解温度为80℃,离心机转速为4 000 r/min,离心时间为10 min的条件下,净化焦油QI值从8.51%降低至0.39%,收率为77.82%。
The quinoline-insolubles in coal tar were separated and removed by centrifugation with wash oil as the solvent. The effects of the dosage of wash oil, solution temperature, centrifugal rotational speed and centrifugal time on the yield and quinolineinsolubles content of the refined coal tar were investigated. The result shows that the removal rate of QI increases obviously and the refined coal tar yield decreases while increasing the dosage of wash oil. When the solution temperature is higher, QI content and the refined coal tar yield decrease. The removal rate of QI increases and the refined coal tar yield decreases with increasing of centrifugal rotational speed. When the centrifugal time is longer, QI content and the refined coal tar yield decrease. Under the condition of the dosage of wash oil 30%, solution temperature 80℃, centrifugal rotational speed 4 000 r/min and centrifugal time 10 min, QI content of the refined coal tar decreased from 8.51% to 0.39% with the yield of 77.82%.
