摘要
以煤沥青为原料,采用空气氧化法制备中间相炭微球,研究了炭黑添加量对炭微球结构的影响。利用偏光显微镜、扫描电镜和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪分析了炭微球的结构和形貌。试验结果表明,加入炭黑后,炭微球由各向异性转变为各向同性,说明炭黑的加入抑制了各向异性小球的生成。红外光谱及喹啉不溶物测定结果表明,炭黑表面的羧基及羟基等官能团参与了缩聚反应,导致制备的中间相炭微球的结构变得更复杂,从而失去了各向异性。
Using coal tar pitches as raw material,mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB) were prepared by air oxidization method,the influence of carbon black on structures of MCMB was examined. The structure and morphology of MCMB were characterized by polarizing microscope (PM), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR). The experimental results show that adding carbon black in coal tar pitches,MCMB transforms from anisotropy to isotropy because of the carbon black inhibiting the formation of anisotropic MCMB. The results of FT-IR analysis and insoluble component tests in quinoline show that carboxyl and hydroxyl groups on the surface of carbon black participate in the polycondensation which cause the complexity of MCMB structures and the transformation of MCMB from anisotropy to isotropy.
