摘要
介绍了煤焦油及喹啉不溶物的特性,概述了喹啉不溶物含量过高或过低的危害和控制措施;分析了国内外煤焦油喹啉不溶物的检测方法,提出了我国喹啉不溶物检测标准存在的不足;对比分析了煤焦油喹啉不溶物的分离技术,认为联合处理法降低喹啉不溶物效果较好;展望了鞍钢煤化工的研究方向,建议开展喹啉不溶物定向控制技术研究,以满足不同炭素产品的质量要求。
The characteristics of coal tar and quinoline insolubles were introduced. The harmfulness caused by the too high or too low content of quinoline insolubles in coal tar and relevant countermeasures were summarized. The detection methods for quinoline insolubles in coal tar at home and abroad were analyzed and then the deficiencies in testing standards for quinoline insolubles specified by China were pointed out. The combined treatment separation technology for quinoline insolubles in coal tar was considered to be a relatively good way for reducing quinoline insolubles based on comparative analysis over the separation technologies for quinoline insolubles. The research trend for coal chemicals in Ansteel was prospected. And at last it was recommended that the studies on orientation control technology for quinoline insolubles should be carried out so as to meet the quality requirements asked by different carbon products.
