Preparation of ZnS Nanocrystals by Reduction Method

摘要 以硫酸锌为硫源和锌源,六次甲基四胺为还原剂,通过气-固相还原法合成ZnS纳米晶。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明所制备样品为纯相面心立方晶型的ZnS。考察了反应时间和反应温度对产物的影响,并对其还原机理进行了探讨。 ZnS nanocrystals were synthesized by direct reduction, with zinc sulfate as the sulfur & zinc source and hexamethylene tetramine as the reducer. The structure and morphology of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD and SEM,and the result shows that they are pure face-centered cubic ZnS nanocrystals. Meanwhile,the influences of reaction time and temperature on the products were studied,and the reduction mechanism was also investigated.
