微乳液法制备纳米硫化锌及其光催化性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以四元体(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵/水/正辛烷/正丁醇)W/O型微乳体系为介质,制备了纳米硫化锌粉体,利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜对硫化锌粉体进行表征。研究了硫化锌粉体光催化降解次甲基蓝的能力。结果表明,该徽乳体系稳定,所得硫化锌粉体平均粒径为50 nm,在紫外光、太阳光照射下1h,对次甲基蓝的最大降解率分别为83%和79%。 Nanocrystalline ZnS was successfully prepared by microemulsion method with Na2S·9H2O and Zn (CH3COO)2·2H2O as starting material. The microemulsion was composed of CTAB, octane and butanol. The main factors which affected the formation of microemulsion were studied. The characterization of powder was characterized by X - ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform Spectrometer (FI- IR). The photocatalytic property of the powder was examined by methylene blue solution decomposition effect in the ultraviolet radiation and in the sunshine. The results showed that the average size of particals was 50 nm by TEM and the powder obtained were pure crystallined by XRD. The degree of photocatalytic property got to 83 % in the ultraviolet radiation and got to 79 % in the sunshine after decomposed for 1 h.
