摘要
以硝酸钴(Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)、硝酸铁(Fe(NO_3)_3·6H_2O)和硫脲为原料,在同一混合溶剂(乙二醇和水)中通过控制两种溶剂的比例(1:2;4:1),利用溶剂热法在180℃分别恒温制备了硫化钴(CoS_(1.097))和硫化铁(Fe_3S_4)两种纳米晶.用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)对样品组成、粒径和表面形貌进行了表征,荧光光谱对其荧光性质进行了测量.结果表明,所得样品分别为六方相的CoS_(1.097)和立方相的Fe_3S_4纳米粉末.在此基础上,时影响两种纳米晶形成的主要因素进行了初步的分析和讨论.
CoS1.097 and Fe3S4 nanocrystals were synthesized at 180 ℃ by a solvothermal method, using Co (NO3)2 . 6H2O, Fe(NO3)3 . 6H2O and thiourea as the raw materials, glycol and water(CoS1.097, 1 : 2; Fe3S4, 4 : 1)as the mixed solvent. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and fluorescence spectrum. The results show that the as-prepared samples are CoS1.097 nanoparticles with hexagonal phase and Fe3 $4 nanoparticles with cubic phase. In ad- ditions, the main factors affecting the formation processes of two kinds of samples and the fluorescence property of CoS1.097 are analyzed and discussed.
