摘要
以端羟烷基甲基苯基硅氧烷、聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸为主要原料,合成端羟烷基聚甲基苯基硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯乳液。研究了聚硅氧烷的分子量、用量对乳液稳定性、胶膜耐水性、耐甲苯性及力学性能的影响,结果表明,乳液稳定性良好,在聚甲基苯基硅氧烷的分子量为2300,含量为3.5%时,水性聚氨酯的综合性能达到最佳值,胶膜断面的SEM图片说明了聚硅氧烷含量越高,胶膜出现的相分离越严重。
A hydroxylalkyl terminated polymethylphenylsiloxane modified waterborne polyurethane was prepared by hydroxylalkyl terminated polymethylphenylsiloxane, toluene diisocyanate, polyol, 2, 2-dimethylol propionic acid. The effect of the molecular weight and amount of polysiloxane on the stability of emulsion, the water resistance, toluene resistance and mechanical properties of the film were studied. The results showed that the stability of emulsion was good, the performance of waterborne poly- urethane achieved the best value when the molecular weight of polymethylphenylsiloxane was 2300 and the content was 3.5%. The SEM picture of film section showed that the higher content of polysiloxane, the film had more serious phase separation.
