审稿是保障刊载论文学术质量的一个重要环节,严格把握三审一定的审稿机制,选准审稿专家,正确对待审稿意见和分歧,不断完善审稿机制中存在的缺陷,有利于保证科技期刊的学术质量,促进科学技术发展。
Reviewing is an important aspect to ensure the academic quality of published papers. In order to guarantee the academic quality of science and technology periodicals and promote the development of science, the review mechanism of three reviews and final conftrming must be strictly grasped. In order to attain this point, the reviewer must be chosen accurately , comments and differences should be correctly dealt with, and the defects should be constantly improved in the mechanism of reviewing
