摘要
为提升我院《学报》的学术质量和学术影响力,对2009—2018年我院《学报》刊登的1250篇论文,运用文献计量学方法,从基金论文、载文作者和引文三方面进行了统计分析.统计结果表明,近10年,《学报》载文基金论文比为14.16%;篇均作者人数为3.27,第一作者具有高学历及高级职称的占77.6%;平均引文率为8.25条,引用最多的文献为期刊,占68.74%.最后,指出了《学报》的不足,提出了完善科研评价体系、顺畅运行机制,面向重点学科约稿、突显特色栏目,与作者良好沟通、实施优质服务等相应建议.
In order to improve our journal’s academic quality and influence, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the 1250 papers published in Journal of Air Force Early Warning Academy (JAFEWA) from 2009 to 2018 from three aspects of funded papers, authors and citations by using method of bibliometrics. The statistical results show that in the past 10 years, 14.16% of the papers published in the JAFEWA are funded ones;the average number of authors per paper is 3.27, and 77.6% of the first authors have advanced degrees or titles;the average citation rate is 8.25, and the periodicals that cite from the JAFEWA cover the largest part, accounting for 68.74%. Finally, the paper points out the shortcomings of the JAFEWA, and puts forward some suggestions, such as perfecting the evaluation system of scientific research, smoothing operation mechanism, inviting contributions for key disciplines, highlighting special columns, communicating well with authors, providing quality services, and so on.
