摘要
对科技期刊编辑人员职业危害度及职业倦怠的成因进行分析,提出预防措施和对策,呼吁科技期刊编辑人员关注自己的职业健康。科技期刊理论学应把科技期刊编辑职业健康及其影响因素的研究纳入研究的范畴。
An investigation into the working conditions for editors of sci-tech periodicals indicates that they are now facing occupation hazard which does harm to editors ＇physical and mental health, and the research of causes for the editors ＇occupation tension and occupation burnout is conducted as Then precautionary measures and countermeasures for editors of sci-tech periodicals are put forward, It is appealed that editors themselves should pay much attention to their occupation health The occupation health and its influencing factors also should be taken into the study of sci-tech periodical theory for further research
