摘要
高校学报编辑中存在着职业倦怠现象。职业倦怠对编辑的生理、心理、行为会带来消极的影响。其产生的原因有:主观期望与客观定位之间的矛盾,投入与报酬不相符引起的不公平感,人际关系处理不当,管理方式不当以及个人价值难以体现等等。学校领导应重视学报工作,尽可能提供优越的工作环境,改善不当的管理方式。编辑也应朝着“学者化”方向努力,并提高自我调适能力,以消除职业倦怠。
Professional fatigue, a psychological phenomenon common among university teachers, can also be found among editors of university journals. It exerts negative influence on their physiology, psychology and behaviors. Such fatigue results from the gap between their expectation and the nature of their profession, the sense of unfairness derived from the imbalance between their work and payment, their mishandling of the interpersonal relationship, the improper management, and the difficulty in realizing their own value. In order to solve this problem, university leaders should attach importance to the editing of university journals, create good working conditions for the editors and better the management. On the other hand, the editors should try to become scholars and improve their ability to adjust themselves to their environment.
