摘要
股髋关节撞击综合征（femoroacetabular impingement,FAI）是由于髋臼及股骨近端的解剖形态结构异常,髋关节运动时出现髋臼和股骨头颈出现碰撞,以致髋臼、盂唇及软骨损伤,从而引发髋关节疼痛症状,继而发展导致髋关节退行性病变,最终导致髋关节骨性关节炎形成。
