摘要 髋关节撞击综合征,又称为股骨髋臼撞击综合征,为髋关节解剖结构异常引发的股骨近端和髋臼间发生撞击,导致髋关节盂唇和关节软骨退行性改变,引起髋关节慢性疼痛、髋关节活动范围特别是屈曲和内旋受限,
