摘要
高校发展战略规划能否有效实施,关键在于大学组织执行力。高校组织管理的刚性不强、柔性不足是形成强有力的大学组织执行力的主要制约因素。消解高校发展战略规划有效实施过程中的大学组织执行力问题,主要在于实现刚性管理与柔性管理的有机融合,构建"人员、战略和运行"的高效执行体制,形成对执行情景灵敏反应的运行机制和组织执行力文化。
Organization executive ability is the key for the achievement of development strategy in university. Insufficient rigidity and lack of flexibility in the management of school are two main factors that restrict the implementation of executive ability. Sol- ving execution issues in the strategy implementation is the rigid-flexible combination and the system of effective implementation and building execution culture.
