摘要
战略规划作为院校发展的顶层设计,对院校的健康持续发展具有重要的引领和规范作用。产教融合背景下,高职院校面临着转型挑战,文章分析了新建职业院校面临的问题,通过对两所美国地方院校的发展战略个案分析,总结国外院校战略管理规划制定的基本方法和经验启示,旨在为雄安新区科学制定及实施地方高职院校发展战略规划、配套政策措施,以及高职院校的发展途径和行动策略分析提供有效咨询和建议。
As a top⁃level design for the development of colleges,strategic planning plays an important role in guiding and regulating the healthy and sustainable development of colleges.In the context of the integration of production and education,vocational colleges are facing transformational challenges.The thesis analyzes the problems faced by new vocational colleges.Through analyzing the strategic planning of two American colleges,it summarizes the basic methods normally applied by foreign colleges in strategic planning,aiming to provide advice and suggestions for the new colleges in Xiong'an New Area in formulating and implementing strategic plans,seeking the development path and making acting strategies.
