摘要
校本管理是学校自我发展的有效途径,如何制定校本战略规划,通过校本战略规划,体现特色和个性,增强核心竞争力,实现自主的可持续发展,是高等职业院校在今后的发展中应该重点考虑的方向之一。
School--based management is an effective way of the school self--development. How to develop the strategic planning of school--based curriculum, and through this planning, to reflect its features and individual character, enhance the core competitiveness and achieve self--sustainable development is one of the most important way for development in vocational institutions.
