摘要
辽宁省的经济发展水平处于全国前列,但环境污染问题却一直未能得到足够的重视。从环境库兹涅茨曲线理论的视角入手,研究结论表明,辽宁省工业三废排放量均会随着人均GDP的增加而显著下降,工业废水、工业废气、工业废物排放量与人均GDP的环境库兹涅茨曲线分别呈现“倒S型”、“正N型”、“正U型”关系。针对这些情况,可以通过调整产业结构、提高人均收入水平、完善法律法规和鼓励技术创新等措施来缓和二者之间的矛盾。
The current level of economic development in Liaoning province is row in front in China, but the problems of environment pollution fail to attract enough attention. Based on the view of environmental kuznets curve theory, the results of the study show that the industrial waste in Liaoning shall decrease significantly as per capita GDP increased linearly, and the curve fitting of industrial wastewater, industrial waste gas, industrial waste emissions and per capita GDP respectively presented "pour S type", "positive N type", " positive U type ". According to these findings, the government can ease the contradictions between them by adjusting the industrial structure, increasing the level of per capita income, perfecting laws and encouraging technical innovation.
